Spam/Phishing: it asks for personal information and the government is definitely not giving away free money

A consumer sent a complaint about a Facebook message she received from a fake friend profile telling her to visit this link:

https://form.jotform.com/92872605958169?fbclid=IwAR2OROIElqk48chfat7cNy2enXYR4nylnHu5KYajUlaPBL6cQUGaCmXpZBU

It asks for personal information and the government is definitely not giving away free money. Can you please look into the form and take it down as you state in your terms and conditions?
