Confirmation emails not coming through

    Hello,

    I have a form set up but I'm not getting an email every time there's a submission and the person who fills it out is also not getting verification they've submitted. I thought I had all the correct boxes checked, but something must be set up incorrectly.

    Hello @ejohnsonhays,

    We do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

    After checking our records, I have found that there are no submission emails currently sent to the address ejohnson@hayscompanies.com. However, it seems that submission emails are being sent to your form respondents.

    Have you perhaps changed the email address recipient in your Notification email?

    I went ahead and made a test submission to the form titled Creative Project Request Form and I did receive an Autoresponder email right away. I can also see that the email was sent to you as well.

    Can you kindly confirm with us if you have received my submission in your email?

    I received the confirmation form – I ended up deleting the ones I had set up and reset them this afternoon. That must have fixed whatever issue it was having. Thank you!!
