Receiving Square payment error saying “not defined”

My customer is having trouble entering their credit card number, and receiving errors saying “”Square Payment Form is not defined.”

I have detached Square and re-connected with my Square account. This error showed up to multiple people, but there were other people who were able to register without any problems.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello @Pipiron8,

We do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

After checking your form, I have found that you have set up the Square integration correctly and it seems that it should be functioning normally.

May we please know if your form has been embedded in a website or is it being submitted via the direct form URL?

Since this issue is only occurring to some users and not all, it would seem that this is not directly related to your Square integration. It is possible that your users are experiencing this issue because of a slow internet connection or an error in their payment information.

I have just made a clone of your form and connected it to my test Square account and I was able to submit payment without any issues. Can you kindly test your form again to see if you can replicate the issue?

Also, if you would like us to troubleshoot your form further, you can add a product to your integration with a value of $0.01 so that we can process a live payment on your form.

Thank you so much for your reply.

There is no integration of this form to any website right now. It is submitted directly from JotForm URL.

I tested the form with the 0.01 amount and the customer who previously had a problem was able to fill out the credit card info.  So hopefully it was the connection issue and not the form issue. Thank you so much for your guidance.
