I send form and cant complete

Hi, I copied form link and forwarded for completion but the recipients see to sign in with google or facebook.  They dont have that option how i can submit form for them to fill and submit.

Also how can I add a payment option on my form.

The form is currently private, you can change this by editing the form and clicking on the publish tab:
