Could you please check your form again? It worked fine for me when I tested it here.
Example:
Please make sure to fill the terms widget too.

gabriellelhartleyReplied on June 16, 2020 at 10:28 PMIt only goes that far is the issue. I have had three clients in a row
complaining about it. I could send you a copy of the error message that the
error looks to be a PayPal side so I really don’t know what to say.
PayPal Says the issue is on your end. I could open a new job form account
and try to reload but I’m just not sure what to do about it.
I have my tech wizard looped in on this conversation

Can you please share to us the URL of the form in question?
Also, since your form is live, we could only test it up until where it does not make the actual charge.
If you can share to us the screenshots of the error messages, that would be helpful. Please also share the console logs.

Could you please further clarify which form that is not working for you? On my first reply, I was testing the last edited form in your account https://www.jotform.com/form/200817062652046. It is still perfectly working on my 2nd try this time.
If you are still getting an error, please let us know the exact form in question and a screenshot as also mentioned by my colleague so we can further investigate. Please upload the screenshot in your thread here https://www.jotform.com/answers/2392911. Guide: How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
We'll wait for your reply.
