Can you reset my account?

I created my first form today to try out Jotform using the free service. Before I could finish testing it to see how it works, I received a message saying that I have exceeded my upload limit and that my form will be disabled Wednesday 12:00. This is bizarre as I haven't even used the form once or had an opportunity to properly test it. I wanted to use it on my website to see how it goes and if all goes well I was going to suggest purchasing it however this opportunity has now been taken away from me, unless you can reset it somehow? Many thanks,

It was your upload space that reached its limit due to the huge images uploaded in your form. Note that for the free plan, the upload space limit is 100MB. You can check your Usage so you can see and monitor which is near its limit.

Just FYI, deleting your form submissions data with files uploaded in it will free up the upload space. Make sure to download the files first for your local copy. Anyway, I could see that your upload space is now empty so you should be all good.
