URGENT! Have lost all the product data on my submissions

Hi somehow the information for all products my customers ordered has disappeared from their forms!

I got a weird email like an order for someone who had already placed an order 2 days ago and now all the orders are missing their product information.

This is critical - how can I recover this? I need this in order to do business.

Let me know ASAP how this can be resolved.
