I have 2 fields that are not doing what I want-SO FRUSTRATED / Operator Problems :)

    I'm hoping you can help me figure out why the title line for "purchase order" will not show on the form. More specifically, it does not show when the form is sent to a vendor.

    Also, I have one email field that shows on the form when it is sent to a vendor, although it is hidden on my end.

    Hi, thank you for reaching out to us.

    As per checked on your form, I found that on the autoresponder email template, the field label for Purchase Order Number was empty. I suggest that you put a label on that field and for the remaining fields which have no label.
