My form needs to be signed by two people (my users and then by myself)

I created a form in which two different people need to sign. The client will be signing one form and I will be signing after. I want to be prevented from signing until the client signs first. Is there a way to make this happen your platform?

Hi! Yes, this is possible. Following is what can be done:

    1. Your users fill-up the form (fields that are meant for them to be filled) along with their signature.

    2. Once the form is filled, email alerts are issued to the form filler as well as to the form owner (i.e. you).

    3. The email sent to the form owner (i.e. you) has an 'Edit Submission' link at the bottom of the email content.

    4. You can click that link and the filled-in form by your user will open up in a new browser tab. You can then add your signature to the form and re-submit it.

    5. When you re-submit the form, the form data will be updated in our records (this time with your signature) and an email alert will again be sent to your email address with the updated record. There is a setting for autoresponsers (autoresponders are the email alerts sent to the users) as well using which an email with the updated records can also be sent to the actual user, who filled the form in the first place (screenshot of which has been provided below). If this setting is enabled, then an email alert with your signatures will also be sent to your users; this way, they will know that the form has been signed and they'll have a record of the data along with your signatures in it.

I hope this helps. If the above workflow doesn't suit your needs, let us know your requirements in detail and we'll guide you accordingly.

    Thank you!
