Form not redirecting to external link

Hi, I was only able to upload one screenshot, but my JotForm isn't redirecting to the external link I added to Jotform. It goes to a page with the blue "Thank You!" box instead.

Any idea why this isn't working?

I have cloned and tested your form with multiple browsers on my end. With chrome, I have found it requires allowing a pop-up appearing next to the bookmark icon in the browser search bar to redirect to the external link. On other browsers, the redirection upon the submit button works perfectly.
