Why are only some of my guest forms coming to my email?

    Hello, still hoping you can help explain why not all of my jot forms are being forwarded to my email inbox.  Some come through fine, others indicate that the visitor to my page has submitted the form successfully, but I never receive it in my inbox.  Please help

    I can see that my colleague @MiKe had replied to your question on this thread

    All submissions email were sent to you successfully. 

    If the emails are not in your Spam/Junk folder, your email provider is probably blocking incoming emails from JotForm.

    I recommend you set up your SMTP sender on the notification Email SETTINGS. Sending emails via SMTP sends directly from that address takes our servers out of the equation.
