    Hi,

I think this may be the proper link to that page with the form you're referring to - https://acrobat.com/SignIn.html

The reason why you can't clone that form is because it is made up entirely of JavaScript. Jotform can only import html forms. Html forms begin with a <form> tag and has form elements that begin with the <input> tag.

I would advise that you find another form to clone. Besides, what you want to clone is a sign-in form, which you may know is a violation of our user agreements. Jotform cannot be used a a form of sign-in/log-in.

I sincerely hope that this post answered your question. If you have other questions, please lets us know.
