I can't import a form from another website

I think this may be the proper link to that page with the form you're referring to - https://acrobat.com/SignIn.html
The reason why you can't clone that form is because it is made up entirely of JavaScript. Jotform can only import html forms. Html forms begin with a <form> tag and has form elements that begin with the <input> tag.
I would advise that you find another form to clone. Besides, what you want to clone is a sign-in form, which you may know is a violation of our user agreements. Jotform cannot be used a a form of sign-in/log-in.
