Can you set reminder emails to go to an email address that is a form field in your form?

For example

I want to send a reminder email to the person who needs to approve the form.

Their email address is a field on the form (but this email address changes depending on the department) so I would like to set it up to send the correct person a reminder if they haven't approved the form within 2 days.

Can this be done

You can schedule an Autoresponder Email to be sent 24 hours after the form has been submitted.
