Not able link form to pass data to anothe form.

Hi I am struggling to link 2 forms, I would like the Waste Management Collection & Treatment form to populate the Trade Duty of Care Waste transfer note pdf, but I just cant seem to get them to link up? I originally uploaded a different base pdf but have since realised that wont work so needed to create another one - is that the problem?

I did check your form's notification email alert but there is not URL added to populate another form field?

Have you removed the URL with parameters form email alert already? Please note that if you want to pass the data of one form to another form, you need to pass it through URL parameters.
