Failed to load PDF

    This problem still occurs despite the fact that it is declared as solved last March 2020 in this forum. Can you help me fix this? Thank.

    I have checked the link you have provided, and I was able to open the PDF editor without any problems.

    Can you please let us know do you get any error messages? If you do, please let us know what does it say. 

    Can you please try to open the PDF editor from a different browser? Does the problem persist there as well?
