How to transfer forms to another account?

I need to transfer 3 of my documents to a different jotform account.

If you wish to move your forms to another account, please provide us with the username of the account you wish to transfer the form to, and with the names or URLs of the forms you wish to move.

Please note that this will move forms from your account. All submissions, files, and other associated data will be available only on the second account.
