Will this answer my client's questions?

We have a client that would like to use this form to gather employee ACH information. They would also like to add a field that includes their email address so that they can notify the person once they've received their information.

Is encryption and esignature use included in the monthly cost?

Yes, the Encryption feature and the e-signatures are included in all subscriptions. They are even available with the Free subscription.
