Your excel format is set to 255 column width in some columns, and messes up other columns when edited.

Not sure how to make your excel work like usual...

Please note that the order of the columns in the downloaded excel report will always be the same as the order of the form fields, even if you change the order of columns in the grid on the submissions page. The width of the columns will also always be the same when the Excel report is downloaded. If you want to change the order or width of the columns, you should do it after you download the Excel report.
