Hello, am I able to populate info customers put into my jotform I created, into an excel spreadsheet? Thanks.

Just to make sure I got your concern correctly, you want to send the submitted data to an excel spreadsheet automatically right? If so, you can integrate your forms with excel thru zapier.

We do have a Google Spreadsheet available in JotForm, maybe this would also work for you.
