Adding users to account

    I see on your pricing page that you have 4 levels (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold) and we would like to have multiple users with various access in our account.  When I click "Users" in my settings it says to check out Jotform Enterprise.  Is Enterprise the only level that allows additional users?  

    If this is correct, what is the pricing for Enterprise for an educational non-profit organization?

    Unfortunately it is not possible to add users in account. One account can only have one user. If you want to add users, it is only possible in enterprise plan:

    If you want other users to edit form, you can take advantage of "Form Collaboration" feature:

    To share form's submission data with other users, you can add report in form. There are multiple reporting options available:
