Hiring Consultant to build out Jotform for our Company

We have some ideas for building out our jotform surveys for our company. Is there a team at jotform we can contract to build out the form to our specifications versus building it ourselves?

We have a lot of logic fields and areas we want to pre-populate about selecting certain things so we want to make sure an expert builds this out.
