How long are the form submissions kept

I'm creating a Covid-19 screening for for our employees.  How long are the submitted forms kept for reporting purposes?

thank you for reaching out to us. There is no time limit on the form submissions, meaning they will not get deleted automatically.

Since you have a free plan, your total storage is for 500 submissions. As long as you don't go over that limit, you can access the submissions at a later date any time you want.
