Shorten response on PDF

Hello!

You guys ROCK!

How can I shorten the response on the form (FEMALE) to just (F) on the form?

The question is GENDER.  The dropdown box options are FEMALE MALE OTHER

On the PDF the box is very small.  I just want F M or O to show.  How do I do this?

No, actually I shortened the response options so they would FIT on the PDF form.  I would like the online form to say FEMALE but I want it to print on the PDF as F.

You can add the following another field under the gender, for example, "Gender Short", then with conditional logic add the letter base on each selection:

Ok.  That's a lot of extra work just to accomplish what I want.  I think I'll just stick with the abbreviations.
