Wrong password when encrypting forms

Hi there,

I'm attempting to set a password on an encrypted form, however every time I go to encrypt the form it's telling me it's the Wrong Password.

I've used my Jotform Login password and the form password and neither work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Nate - Have you perhaps signed up your account via Google? If so, you would need to create a password for your JotForm account first.

Guide: How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password

Once you already have a password for your JotForm account, you can then proceed to Encrypt your forms.

Otherwise, please try clearing your browser's cache, re-login and try again.
