Trying to respond to a support request but can't because my account is suspended

    I've attached screenshots. 

    I am trying to agree to the terms and request clarification for the response I got about my account being banned for phishing. The site says I am not authorized to respond and I need to log in to respond, but I can't log in because my account is suspended.

    Please try to login and let us know if the issue still remains.
