My account got downgraded but I paid via Paypal and the payment passed

    Paid to get the silver upgrade and it was ok (via paypal - didn't work with credit card).

    Just got a e-mail saying my account got downgraded, but the 39.99USD was sent via paypal (verified on the paypal account).

    Please enlighten me about this situation.

    We apologize for this inconvenience. I've set the account back to Silver. You should see the invoice in your account>billing section
