Help! Active form set up under wrong account!

    Hi, I created a survey for my company and it apparently was sent out under a free account (lesleyames), not our business account (chris@outofchicago.com). The survey responses have now stopped due to a submission limit.

    Could you help? Maybe either move the survey to the business account (chris@outofchicago.com) or increase the free account (lesleyames) to 1000 submissions temporarily so we don't lose out on our campaign efforts? Or please advise.

    Greetings Lesley,

    Upon your request, I've moved your form with all the submission data included to your business account (chris@outofchicago.com). Thus, the form should be active now. 

    Unfortunately it is not possible to increase submissions limit temporarily as it's monthly limit and automatically resets at 1st day of every month.
