Plain Text AutoResponder Email

Your APIs, Webhooks, and other integrations are extensive, but for my purposes are not necessary.  I have an ERP system that requires either a CSV or a plain ASCII text file as input.  That means a plain, non-HTML formatted email autoresponder is required.

It is my understanding that this feature has been deprecated, and I know of many organizations for which this would be key.  Is there a way to achieve non-formatted output?

    Thanks,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to create a plain text email autoresponder currently.

I'm raising this as a feature request to our backend team for evaluation. We cannot guarantee that the feature will be implemented or cannot provide any E.T.A. at this moment if accepted for implementation. However, if there is any update, you'll be posted here.

Meanwhile, you might find something useful among our data management integrations:

Also note that you can create CSV reports. For more information, kindly refer to this documentation:

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Your "integrations" are third-party, clumsy, and with the exception of your baked-in REST, simply useless for my generalized tasks.

Generating a CSV file via automation would be great if you didn't have server-side processes cobbling it together before making it available as a download via the URL you provide.  The static, reusable URL I can use to download updated CSV reports is functionally useless since automating its download through VBS, or NodeJS results in an HTML header file...

Very, very simply... Please explain to me how I can automate the process of downloading the CSV report of one form's submissions without a GUI or other kludge interface.

You can actually use our API if you need to create certain reports without the extras.
