Incomplete Submissions appears to be a new feature - when are they created? It states Form Responses which are saved but not submitted yet.
I think the Save button was deprecated - how are submitters told to save & continue? How do they re access an Incomplete Submission?

Hi,
If you're referring to this guide (https://www.jotform.com/features/save-and-continue/), we have updated it and make it more simple.
The new Save and Continue feature is like the same version in the Card Form layout. Here's the guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/495-Setting-up-the-Continue-Forms-Later-Feature-in-Card-Forms
You can check and test my demo form: https://form.jotform.com/201686670466059
Please try to click the Save button to receive an email with continue form link.

Thank you - I am testing the save & continue.
I did not see any link or information related to the Incomplete Submissions - can you provide a link to more information on what that is, when survey responses get a session id. How can I make use of that information?

Kindly check this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Autofill-on-Forms for more information on the new save and continue feature.
If that's not what you are referring to, please clarify. Looking forward for your response.
