Is there any way to prevent the jotform email from going into the “junk folder”?

    In general, we follow industry best practices to send form emails, and our email reputation is good. Most of the form emails should not land in spam/junk.

    If you see any emails in the junk folder, please mark them as not junk. We also suggest adding our default sender email noreply@jotform.com to your contacts.

    The email message may be also categorized as spam based on its content, so if you have any high-risk keywords in the email template, you may consider adjusting the email template.
