Unable to enter card numbers, when users open the jotform link thru facebook

People are saying they are having issues putting in card numbers, when they open the jotform link thru fbook.

they are able to put in name just not numbers

Firstly, could you let us know if this is the form URL that you are referring to.

Secondly, how are you sharing the form on Facebook? Are you sharing the direct form URL as shown above or are you using any embedded link? If using a different link, please provide us the same?

Additionally, could you provide us the Facebook page where you have shared this form URL (from where users are accessing this form) so that we could also try filling it by directly opening  the form from your shared Facebook page.
