I cannot open image photo from sender, please help.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. This issue is caused because of the "Require log-in to view uploaded files.", "Privacy" setting of account. Please check the screenshot below:

    This setting requires user to be logged into the source account and only then uploaded files can be displayed. Please ask form owner to change the account privacy setting and that will solve this problem.
