How to add a form as a page to another form

You can use the iFrame embed widget to embed one form to another form. However, please note that it is only allows you to display the form, it does not merge them and the submissions are still separate. If you'll fill up the embedded form, then you must submit from that embedded form as the containing form do not have access to the embedded form's fields.

I figured a different way. I published the form I wanted to embed and when the customer in the first form picks the appropriate choice, they are redirected to the url of the form.

Do you see any problem with that?

I see no problem with that method, that should work. However, I would suggest displaying a message that would tell users about the redirection if they choose that specific option in the form. You can use our Paragraph field for this.
