submission not received

    And also, I had a client fill out the form and she submitted it but I never
    received the submission and cannot find it. My client is very displeased
    which makes me very stressed out. I have an A+ rating with the BBB and I
    trusted this program to come through. If you can somehow find that I need
    it please.

    Please help us understand the issue by answering the following:

    - Did your client encounter any error messages upon filling out your form? If so, kindly share the error message so we can check.

    - Did he gets stuck somewhere in the form? 

    - Did he gets disconnected while filling out your form?
