Hello! I believe that you are referring to the product list implemented in your Online Flower Order Form. If no, then please feel free to correct me.
If yes, then please note that I've checked your form; you haven't implemented payment integration for your Products List widget till now.
You should be able to use your own currency (Canadian dollars). When selecting/configuring a payment method of your choice, you'll be presented with a list of Currency options, from which you can make your selection (screenshot attached for your reference).
