    Thank you for reaching support,

Apologies for the inconvenience, Can you please tell us what happens when you attempt to log in? A screenshot perhaps? Here is how you post one: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Was the password correct? Did it show an error message?

We will be waiting for your response.

    Best.

    Hi Kenneth,
Thank you for responding. The best way for you to test this is to turn voice over on in your apple ios mobile device by going to settings, general, accessibility or you can ask serri to turn voice over on. Once voice over is on you need to double tap to enter text fields. Next triple tap with 3 fingers on your home screen and it will turn your screen blank now you are using it as a blind person will. Next open mobile app and tap in box to enter your password and once you have done that there is no option to double tap on log in because voice over does not read a log in button so the whole thing crashes.
Also on your site when I tap on templates and try to get into the search bar to search for a specific template I cannot get into the search field using voice over so you will need to fix it so the text box is accessible for voice over users. Please let me know if you have further questions.

Thank you for the provided details. I am escalating a bug report regarding the log in issue for voice over users in our Mobile Forms app to the developers. We will update you here if we have any news on this.

The issue with the templates page has been moved into a separate support ticket:

    https://www.jotform.com/answers/2398779

So we will be able to address separately.
