Used Sms Confirmation but cant see the number in submission

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form's submission and it seems none to the submissions has phone number.

    It seems you have made several changes in your form today. Did you delete the "SMS Confirmation" widget from your form and added it again? Please note that deleting a field will also delete the associated submission data as well.

    I would suggest you to please take advantage of our "Revision History" feature to revert your form to an earlier revision and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you:
