    We are sorry that we are not able to find any paid subscriptions on your Jotform account. You may be referring to any payment made to a different service than JotForm. If you are referring to a Jotform subscription, please provide us with the account username or email address registered and the transaction number along with date and exact amount charged so that we can check our records to assist you further.
