Please help me identify in which account the form is located

    Hi There

    I created a jot form last week for my students to upload videos. However, I am not sure which account I made the jot form with. I know some of them have submitted responses already, and so it would be great not to lose these.

    This is the form. I'm sure there are security issues in me asking this, but any help you can give me would be great.

    This form was created on a Guest account. Guest accounts are a one time login feature and do not have any usernames. If you are the form owner, we can transfer this form and its responses into your current JotForm account.

    I can give their class names.

    Litchenstein
    Scmitt
    Monet
    Gormley
    Khalo
    KNdisnky
    Van gogh
    Kusama
    Stowasser
    They could be from any one of those classes!

    Thank you for providing the class names.

    After checking the form, I can see that there is at least one of these class names mentioned in the form submissions. I believe that is enough evidence that the form indeed does belong to you.
