I want to distribute surveys (globally) via text and email

Please can you advise if its possible to distribute globally via text and email?

To send the form via email, you can either get the form URL and use your email address Console section to send the form via email.

OR you can send it directly via JotForm itself: How-to-Send-a-Form-via-Email 

If you want to send form/survey URL via text, you can copy/paste the form link to your mobile device and use your mobile's SMS function to send the form.
