Hi,
thank you for reaching out to us. I have checked your form and the Moneris Integration seems to be set up correctly.
If you would like to test it, I suggest you enable 'Sandbox Mode'. You can find the test cards at the bottom of our integration guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/538-How-to-integrate-Moneris-with-JotForm

Hi,
Moneris can accept both debit and credit card transactions, for reference: Collect Moneris Payments Through JotForm
Are you showing any error message when you try to use a debit card? If so, please send us a screenshot of the error message as advised by my colleague: How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-to-the-support-forum

those declined transactions issues are from the clients and not Moneris nor
Jotform. Thanks for your concern. Regards
