Stop Reminder Emails

How do we stop this - suddenly a form coming to one person over and over again - and we have not activated this at all .

I apologize for the inconvenience. It seems like this is a scheduled reminder email.

You can delete it, by navigating to the 'Publish - Email' section of your form builder, then selecting 'Schedule a  Reminder Email' and deleting the email that is there:
