    I am unable to find uploaded file in Jot form

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I see that the uploaded PDF are not accessible and showing the "404 Not Found (S3)" error.

    This error is shown when the file is not properly uploaded to our servers. Most likely the user submitted the form before the file was fully uploaded. The user that uploaded the file does not know that this happened. Please ask the user to upload the file again. 

    May I also please know if this form is embedded on a website?
