Jotform / open system? secure to collect credit card numbers?

Hello, 

Is jotform an open system / platform or is it fully staffed with customer service and sales staff? 

Is there a number to call for customer service if our company signs up for jotform or are all customer care inquries handled by email? 

Is it possible to set up a secure form for us to collect credit card number, expiration, billing zip, customer name, email and phone?

It is against our Terms of Use to collect credit card info with plain text fields. If you want to collect payments, you need to use one of our Payment integrations.
