I am creating a form for medical equipment expiration dates. I need to know how many days left when a date is plugged in. or some kind of notification. is it possible?
I have a spreadsheet in excel that I formulated to do that for me as well as turn the cell a color when a certain number of days is reached. I kindly await for reply.
thank you, Banks

Hello,
Thank you for your message
I create a demo for you https://form.jotform.com/201695227980058.
The input table can calculate numbers but not dates, for that reason I create 2 "date picker" field with the Calculation form:
Feel free to clone it so you can test: How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL.
If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
