Why is my account suspended and what to do to prevent it?

    Hello good day, i realized my forms had been disabled, if theres anything i did wrong or if i had violated the terms, please point it out so i do not make the same mistake again. I hope i get a quick response soon, Thanks.

    We have reviewed your account, and we unsuspended it. It is now fully active, and you won't have any problems accessing it. 

    Some of our users try to use JotForm services for spamming and phishing others. That's why we needed to create a strict algorithm to prevent them and suspend their accounts. 

    Unfortunately, it can sometimes make a mistake, what happened to your account. The reason why the algorithm suspended your account is that you are using the world password several times in your forms. 

    We have also whitelisted your IP, which should prevent this from happening.
