I see a recent charge to my account but there is no invoice.

    I need help understanding a recent charge of $190 to our account on 4/15/20. I don't see a recent invoice in this amount.

    Our records show invoice 20190770119 (3/18/19) for $190 and invoice 20193380128 (12/4/19) for $179.51.  It appears we upgraded from Bronze to Silver (received unused credit and took advantage of a sale).

    There shouldn't be any recent charges and would like to see a refund of $190 back to the credit card on file.

    I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. As per your account, you were only billed twice:

    March 18, 2019 - Bronze yearly - $190.00

    Dec 4, 2019 - Silver yearly -  $179.51

    Do you mean to say that on April 15, 2020, you were charged again for $190? I would suggest you to please share the following transaction details, and we will take a look:

    Transaction date: 

    Amount charged: USD 190
