Account Suspended

Hi,

I have just had my account suspended and I believe it is because my new form asks for Driving Licence information.

This is for business purposes as you can see from my other forms and website stevenageinsurance.com, but if I am not allowed to do this please can you reinstate my account and I will remove these questions. Is there a way I can obtain this information and not have my account suspended as this information is still required and is better for our clients to use the form rather than emailing these details to us.

You are right, collecting personal information like a driver's license is not allowed by our Terms of Service without using the signature widget and Terms and condition widget. 

You need to have Terms And Condition widget or Short Scrollable Terms widget and E-Signature or Smooth Signature widgets.

You can click here to see how to add widgets.

Your account does have Terms, but you need to use one of the two provided widgets.

To unsuspend your account, we need to remove the problematic fields to prevent our system from suspending your account again. Then you can add the missing widgets and the previously removed fields.
