    Hello,

i try to upgrade more than a week long. Every time it doesnt work. Yesterday i received a link and that link works. But i can only pay with creditcard and i dont have it. Now my form is disabled again. This form is very important for me. My business depends on this form and i allready missed 4 orders right now. Please help me quick! I send an e-mail this morning and afternoon and i get no response. You say that you give 24/7 support. This is important. Please remove the disabling for now. You can send me an iDeal link and i will pay. No problem but DONT disable the form. I have tried everything for 2 weeks now and this is bad service

Hello! Please note that disabling of an account after quota has been surpassed is an automatic process. We even send an email in advance to our users before disabling their account.

I've checked your account; your account has been disabled due to the number of form views (23,805) you've received for this month.

I'll get in touch with my manager to see if it is possible to temporarily raise your views limits but I do not guarantee.

BTW, I've also noticed that you've received only 19 submissions this month. This is quite less compared to the form views that you receive. If you have embedded this form on you website, then I'll suggest you to use a popup method to embed your form (screenshot added below for your reference).

This way only if a user clicks on the button, your form will load and show up. If the form is embedded on a web page as a pop-up, the form view will not be counted until the link is clicked and the form is opened. This will improve your site speed as well as keep your form views quota in control.

If you need our assistance in embedding your forms using the above methods, then let us know.

    Thank you!
